Class Terms & Conditions

By registering for a SocialGen Events class, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Payment

  • All class bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels.

  • Full payment is required to secure your spot in the class.

  • Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Refund Policy

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including illness, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.

  • Please ensure you can attend the selected date and location before completing your purchase.

3. Rescheduling & Transfers

  • You may request to transfer your seat to a future class (subject to availability) with at least 14 days' notice before the class date.

  • Seat transfers are allowed only once per booking and must be used within 6 months.

  • Transferring your seat to another person is allowed with written approval from our team at least 7 days in advance.

4. Class Attendance & Conduct

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss key content and we cannot extend class time.

  • Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward all staff, instructors, and fellow participants.

  • SocialGen Events reserves the right to remove any participant displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior, without refund.

5. Media & Content Use Policy

  • By attending, you consent to photography and video recording that may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

  • If you wish not to be featured, please notify our team before the class begins.

  • Recording of the full class, or any major portion of it, for the purpose of redistribution, sharing, or resale is strictly prohibited. Short personal clips (for social media sharing) are permitted during non-sensitive parts of the event at the discretion of the instructor.

  • Any unauthorized recording or distribution may result in legal action and immediate removal from the event without refund.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • SocialGen Events is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.

  • We are not liable for any injuries or personal issues that may arise during or after the class.

7. Changes to Class Schedule

  • SocialGen Events reserves the right to modify class dates, times, or locations due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative options.
